Develop underprivileged marginalized communities holistically and create a peaceful world for our own people –

1. Holistic Development of Tea Tribe community of Assam- Create Model Tea Gardens in Assam where the community receive the equal facilities and empower the community with Quality Education, Best Healthcare facilities and include all the other facilities to create sustainable development among the community and work with the community to achieve around 15 SDG goals of UNDP.

2. Women Empowerment – We believe in India after 77 years of Independence Women’s are still deprive of basic human facilities and the society holding back the progress of Women. So we wanted empower Women emotionally and physically to fighting back with the norms of society.

3. Holistic Development of Transgender Community- Transgender community is one of the marginalized communities in India. We wanted to work for their holistic development and create a safe and peaceful space for the community.

Founder's Profile

In the year 2009, when I was in class ‘XI’, I got the opportunity to read an Assamese Novel called “Sahebpurar Borokhun” which is written by a well known Assamese writer named “Anuradha Sarma Pujari.” That very book introduced me with the concept of Social Work and NGO’s and how it can support and improve the life of marginalized underdeveloped communities. So from my early age of life I was keen to work for my community at a large. And that was the beginning of my journey to be as a responsible citizen of the nation and that leads me to do my masters in Social Work and started my own NGO to build a society where everyone leave their life equally.

And I believe when everyone gives a drop of hope for others, the society will bloom and no one can stop our world to become peaceful!

Project Eti Koli Duti Pat- A step Towards Model Tea Garden

The tea tribe community, also known as the Adivasis or tea garden workers, consists largely of people brought from different regions of India (like Jharkhand, Odisha, and Bihar) during the British colonial period to work in Assam's tea plantations.
